These terms and conditions delineate the rules and regulations governing the use of the AutoTuber website.
By accessing and using this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions without reservation. If you do not agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, please cease using AutoTuber immediately.
Images uploaded to AutoTuber are not incorporated into the AutoTuber database, nor are they accessible to other users. All copyright for images submitted to AutoTuber is retained by the original owner or author.
AutoTuber search results may direct users to websites operated by third parties. These websites are not owned or controlled by AutoTuber. As such, AutoTuber assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to subscribe to our services.
AutoTuber offers a subscription plan that includes:
Video Generation Credits: As part of your subscription, you will receive a specific number of video generation credits each month, as per the subscribed plan. These credits can be used to generate videos during the subscription period. Unused credits will not carry forward to the next month and will be forfeited. The number of credits you receive is determined by the plan you select at the time of subscription.
Automatic Upload to Linked Accounts: Videos generated by AutoTuber will be automatically uploaded to your linked YouTube account.
Priority Support: Subscribers will receive priority support for any inquiries or technical issues.
Billing: The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as per your chosen plan).
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must do so through the Google Play Store settings on your device. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
License: AutoTuber grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed services subject to these Terms of Service.
Restrictions: You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not alter, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with AutoTuber.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AutoTuber cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Linked Accounts: You are responsible for properly linking and managing your YouTube account to enable automatic uploads. AutoTuber is not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly linked accounts.
Subscribers with active subscriptions are entitled to receive priority support. Our support team will make every effort to address your queries and issues as promptly as possible.
AutoTuber reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service and/or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time, with or without notice. We may adjust pricing for the subscription service in the future; however, we will notify you in advance before any price change becomes effective.

AutoTuber utilizes YouTube API Services. By using AutoTuber, users agree to adhere to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT AutoTuber IS FREE OF ERRORS, INACCURACIES, BUGS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR THAT IT IS RELIABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR OTHERWISE VALID.
